Responsibilities

Supports automated equipment by tracking and resolving equipment issues
Manages the spare parts inventory and re-ordering processes
Acts as site lead point of contact to the automation vendors and contractors
Tracks equipment statistics and reporting to operations leadership
Manages the preventative maintenance tasks
Development and performance management of on-site automation personnel
Works with master planners on outsourcing needs; establish blanket purchase orders and vendor managed inventory (VMI)
Supports automation software and testing/troubleshooting software
Follows operation safety processes
Preventative maintenance on robots and other automated equipment
