Responsibilities

Leda teamet Delivery Coordination 1 (ca 20 medarbetare) med ansvar för leveranskoordinering mot företagskunder
Samarbeta nära med kunder, samarbetspartners och affärsansvariga för att säkra leveranser och installationer enligt kundavtal
Utveckla avdelningen mot Telias strategi som ny generationens telekomleverantör
Delta i kultur- och förändringsresa samt se över arbetssätt för bästa kundservice
Förstå och bryta ned företagets och avdelningens strategi till mål för gruppen och medarbetarna
Skapa engagemang, uppmuntra initiativ och ansvar hos medarbetarna
