The Manager, Customer Onboarding will manage and develop a team of onboarding specialists, recruit and train new team members, and set and monitor team KPIs. They will become an expert on the Deel platform, handle escalations, and drive initiatives to improve customer onboarding workflows and customer journeys. This role involves partnering with internal teams, suggesting process improvements and product automation, and providing training and coaching to the team.
