Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for designing digital collateral and event assets
  • Strong project management skills, including developing detailed event plans (e.g., project plans, timelines, staffing models, run of shows)
  • Experience in strategic program development, evaluation of partnerships, and KPI establishment
  • Ability to manage content, including centralized digital asset libraries, photo/video capture, and storytelling
  • Skills in collaboration with internal (marketing, communications, legal) and external stakeholders
  • Capability to lead and develop a team

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic recommendations to support employee engagement strategy and increase program awareness for internal/external stakeholders
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities, develop new proposals, and collaborate to evolve volunteer program offerings
  • Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of employee and tentpole events
  • Serve as project manager to ensure team milestones are met
  • Develop streamlined processes and project management tools to enhance operational efficiency and identify improvements
  • Establish program and event KPIs, evaluation methods, and gather feedback from participants and partners
  • Manage and maintain centralized digital asset library (program decks, templates, toolkits, visual content) with marcomms teams
  • Partner with marketing, communications, and legal teams to capture photo/video content during campaigns/events
  • Support post-event storytelling with curated visuals and narrative recaps
  • Create compelling, on-brand presentation decks for buy-in and post-event reporting
  • Design digital collateral and event assets (flyers, toolkits, etc.) using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Support the overarching Disney VoluntEARS program, drive employee engagement across sites/segments, and ensure seamless execution of initiatives
  • Translate data into storytelling and provide strategic recommendations to evolve the program
