Responsibilities

The Manager will lead and manage the strategic and tactical elements of large engagements, fostering a collaborative team environment and driving decision-making to move projects forward. They will also develop and manage complex program/project structures, serve as a client’s partner, oversee the quality of workstreams, manage project budgets, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, and adapt program leadership approaches to different client situations. Furthermore, the Manager will drive business development opportunities, grow their network, and effectively lead meetings to ensure project progress and facilitate team progress in choosing pragmatic solutions.
