Responsibilities

The Manager-Construction & Engineering will supervise and manage teams of technicians responsible for day-to-day construction and engineering activities. Responsibilities include leading huddles, overseeing inventory and supply distribution, working with dispatch on work orders, managing technician schedules and attendance, reviewing records, providing feedback and coaching, ensuring proper hardware handling, managing tool budgets, evaluating performance, recommending promotions or discipline, interviewing potential hires, handling grievances, removing performance roadblocks, and conducting in-field safety and quality inspections. The role may also involve contributing to AT&T's compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
