Responsibilities

  • Draft high-impact content that reflects CES priorities and vision, including internal updates, leadership briefings, and org-wide narratives
  • Support storytelling for associate-facing events, enterprise forums, and senior leader materials (e.g., town hall remarks, Q&A docs, or Spark updates)
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure internal messaging is clear, timely, and aligned to enterprise tone and priorities
  • Channel development, management and utilization – SharePoint, Outlook, Spark etc
  • Support the development and execution of recognition and engagement programs
  • Partner with Enterprise Communications, Public Affairs, and Ops teams to surface CES stories that support Walmart’s external positioning
  • Draft speaker abstracts, LinkedIn content, and support award submissions or CES-related event prep
  • Help maintain CES presence in Walmart’s enterprise thought leadership and cross-functional platforms
  • Maintain a CES editorial calendar for internal and external communications moments—ensuring message consistency and opportunity alignment
  • Translate operational updates and technical work into audience-ready stories and content across mediums (written, video, visual decks, etc.)
  • Track feedback from internal audiences (e.g., via Spark or Teams) and partner teams to optimize communications cadence, format, and resonance
  • Coordinate with cross-functional analytics or engagement teams to gather input and evolve messaging strategy over time
