Requirements

  • Experienced sales leader with a strong trading background
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers focusing on Active Trader clients and High Net Worth (HNW) individuals

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale a newly established Relationship Management team focused on driving growth within the Active Trader segment
  • Manage the daily activities and KPIs of the relationship management team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales and relationship quality targets
  • Conduct regular one-on-one sales coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and joint client calls to train the team in advanced relationship-based sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and continuous professional development for all team members
  • Develop and implement sales strategies specifically tailored to the Active Trader and HNW segments, focusing on long-term client longevity and increasing share of wallet
