Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, Agile Delivery, or as a Team Lead
  • At least 2 years of experience working with senior stakeholders across different business functions
  • At least 2 years of experience writing communications and presentations for leadership and non-leadership audiences
  • At least 2 years of experience leading technology delivery projects
  • Strong communications proficiency, including across teams and organizations, with experience utilizing oral and written communication skills along with presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask with simultaneous projects and tasks, while demonstrating urgency, prioritization, and ownership to drive issues to completion
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to be goal/execution-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Partners with Intelligent Foundations and Experiences (IFX) CoS and teams across IFX to deliver on the roadmap, owning and directing work across teams to ensure high quality, on time delivery
  • Drives innovation in process and execution across our portfolio
  • Creates executive-ready presentations and materials
  • Leads special projects autonomously and through partnership with cross functional teams
  • Prioritizes and focuses leaders in a number of key areas (people strategy, well managed and business operations); aids the CoS in strategic planning, uncovering critical efficiencies and preventing duplication of effort
  • Understands the leader’s intent and vision, leads leaders to drive and track the leader’s goals and priorities; tackles and solves issues through escalation and articulates the issues that need to be done to elevate the team and allow easy accountability
  • Works closely with all business units and functions to align operations with strategy
  • Influences across all levels of the organization and across organizations
  • Develops relationships within direct and extended team members to be able to act as an informed and helpful sounding board and thought partner
