Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, or demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven success in building and executing account-based, multi-channel digital campaigns targeting multiple personas and buying groups
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn and Google Ads, and Google Analytics (experience with Qlik, Glean, or Tofu HQ a plus)
  • Has used data-driven approaches to testing, optimization, and performance measurement
  • An ability to successfully drive projects forward by managing multiple stakeholders, competing interests, and deadlines
  • Experience developing and refining marketing processes and automation frameworks
  • Comfortable experimenting with and adopting AI tools to improve efficiency and performance
  • Clear, confident communication and collaboration skills — able to bridge technical and creative teams effectively
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and loves solving problems with data and technology

Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional Demand Gen Managers to plan and execute account-based, multi-channel campaigns targeting executive and operational personas, fuelling both new business and expansion pipeline
  • Oversee campaign execution and tracking, ensuring effective setup, targeting, and performance measurement
  • Manage and mentor a Campaign Operations Associate, providing direction, prioritization, and professional development, and manage contractor output as required
  • Own campaign processes and infrastructure, continuously improving workflows, data quality, and reporting accuracy
  • Use and optimize key marketing systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other digital platforms to track, measure, and report campaign effectiveness
  • Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g. Glean, Tofu HQ, Gemini, Clay) to increase campaign efficiency, personalization, and scalability
  • Analyze and communicate performance metrics to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experiment and iterate, bringing fresh ideas for improving audience segmentation, channel mix, and campaign orchestration
