Requirements

Proven leadership managing high-performing technical teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Hands-on leader focused on execution
Deep understanding of metal removal, GD&T, and the relationship between process design and part structure
5+ years of CAM programming for 5-axis milling machines
10+ years in a high-volume, precision manufacturing environment
Full ownership of the end-to-end machining process—from programming to part validation
5+ years using advanced CNC and CAD/CAM software
Strong general PC skills

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of process engineers and CAM programmers
Represent the CAM Execution team across the organization
Solve complex manufacturing problems and implement data-driven solutions
Contribute to Hadrian’s evolving manufacturing systems
Design, refine, and optimize workflows and software tools
Present findings, propose improvements, and ensure alignment across teams
Communicate clearly up, down, and across the organization
Oversee process consistency, accuracy, and throughput across part manufacturing
