Responsibilities

Lead and manage process improvement projects across various functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Utilize Six Sigma, Lean, and other methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of excellence
Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement
Develop and deliver training programs to build process improvement capabilities
Monitor and report on the progress of process improvement initiatives
Provide expert guidance and support to project teams on process improvement tools and techniques
Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation and RPA across business processes
Implement RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks
Utilize OCR and digitization technologies to convert paper-based documents to digital formats
Develop strategies to integrate automation and digitization into workflows
Monitor performance of automated processes and make adjustments
Collaborate with IT and other departments for deployment and maintenance of automation tools
Provide training and support on automation and digitization technologies
Analyze customer feedback to identify process improvements
Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure process changes meet customer needs
Develop metrics to measure impact on customer satisfaction
