Requirements

  • Experience working in the Australian Liquor FMCG market; both On and Off Prem ideally
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Extensive experience expanding client portfolio or client acquisition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it to actionable insights
  • Good understanding of the liquor category in the Australian market along with passion and knowledge of beer, spirits, wine and/or RTD alcohol
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations, including familiarity with navigating complex organizational structures
  • In-depth product knowledge about Consumer Panel is a plus
  • Strong sales skills with knowledge of the liquor industry and/or data and insights
  • Customer centric, passionate about innovation, commercially orientated, and data-savvy
  • Driven, strategic thinker, ideally well-networked in the sector

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of achieving budget targets for Australia Liquor clients, including proactively identifying revenue opportunities and devising plans for closing them
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, in collaboration with the team
  • Take the lead in orchestrating and delivering sales presentations, including managing major RMS (scan), CGA (on prem) & CPS (shopper) pitches, leading sales pitches, and delivering proposals
  • Drive collaboration across diverse teams to achieve shared objectives
  • Act as support for the wider commercial team, offering expertise, product knowledge, and support throughout the sales process
