Minted is seeking a Brand Communications Manager (Temporary) to join our world-class Brand Communications team. In this role, you’ll drive media relations and paid media initiatives, helping elevate Minted’s brand presence across top-tier publications and channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven PR professional with 5-7+ years of media relations experience (agency experience preferred). You have a proven track record of securing impactful media placements, managing complex projects under tight deadlines, and working cross-functionally to execute high-impact campaigns. Your strong media relationships, exceptional communication skills, and deep understanding of lifestyle consumer brands—especially in the wedding, retail and design industries—make you a perfect fit for this role. This position reports to the Senior Director, Brand Communications and works cross-functionally with the Influencer, Affiliate, Growth Marketing, Social and Brand Teams to drive effective and engaging communications and paid media strategies.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own the conceptualization and execution of PR strategies that align with brand priorities across Minted’s diverse business segments—including Moms, Weddings, and Art—to drive awareness, engagement, and measurable results.
  • Develop and implement campaigns that meet KPIs while ensuring cohesive brand storytelling across all verticals.
  • Proactively and consistently secure impactful media placements across print, digital, broadcast and social channels.
  • Manage day-to-day inbound media requests in a timely manner, including sample requests, image inquiries, and fact checks.
  • Execute paid media strategies to enhance brand visibility, including overseeing video production, managing talent integrations, and ensuring content aligns with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
  • Execute talent and brand partnerships to drive meaningful awareness and engagement.
  • Brainstorm, manage and execute creative pitch angles that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and leverage insights to optimize strategy.
  • Build and maintain media lists, proactively identifying new contacts and opportunities.
  • Lead planning and execution for events, including press previews and partnership launches.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure communications efforts align with marketing and business goals.
