The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in benefits implementation, project management, or client-facing roles within a global organization. They must also possess at least 2 years of experience managing or leading a team and demonstrate strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
The Manager of Benefits Implementation will lead and manage the implementation team to ensure successful client onboarding and product deployment. They will develop and refine implementation processes for high-quality, on-time delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines. This role involves overseeing multiple client implementations, managing resources and priorities, and acting as the primary escalation point for complex implementation challenges and customer issues. Additionally, they will manage client relationships during implementation, monitor key project metrics, ensure alignment with business objectives, identify process improvement opportunities, and mentor Implementation Managers.
