Responsibilities

The Manager, Base Optimization will lead, coach, and develop a team of Base Optimization Specialists, overseeing daily operations, managing team performance against targets such as volume and customer satisfaction, continuously upleveling team delivery through onboarding and enablement, partnering with leaders in customer support, sales, and product to evolve the Ask an Expert program, identifying product gaps and service pain points, representing the voice of the builder, and fostering a team culture rooted in excellence and continuous learning.
