We’re seeking a Manager, Database Reliability Engineering (DBRE) to lead and scale a small, high-performing global team. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in both technical execution and people management. You’ll lead a team of DBREs based in the U.S. and India, driving reliability, scalability, and performance across our database infrastructure. As the team’s manager, you’ll represent DBRE at the company level—aligning priorities with senior leadership, ensuring timely execution of OKRs, and fostering a strong engineering culture built on ownership, collaboration, and innovation.
