Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of campus recruiting experience
  • At least one (1) year in a strategic management role
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience managing staff
  • Experience in a professional services environment, preferably within economic consulting, with early career campus recruiting and/or highly educated staff (highly desired)
  • Experience building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders through a dedicated focus on service to both internal clients and candidates
  • Experience recruiting for multiple offices, including locations outside of the United States
  • Comfortable working with minimal guidance in ambiguous environments
  • Experience managing change in complex or matrixed environments
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, scheduling platforms, Microsoft Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook email systems
  • Occasional domestic and international travel required
  • Evening and/or weekend work may be required

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the RAHC Chairs to design and execute a forward-looking campus recruitment strategy for full-time and internship positions aligned with business goals and workforce planning
  • Partner with Group leadership, RAHC Chairs, EE team, and TA team to align recruiting goals with broader talent strategies
  • Lead through change by continuously evaluating and evolving campus recruiting approach in response to market trends, business shifts, and student expectations
  • Work with RAHC Chairs and EE team to proactively forecast intern talent needs; define position requirements, including recommending and implementing selection criteria
  • Create project plans, measure impact, and iterate based on results—all with minimal supervision
  • Work with RAHC Chairs to identify candidates, determine final round candidates, and make hiring recommendations
  • Oversee day-to-day activities of Recruiter; coach, lead, mentor, provide feedback and ensure Recruiter’s individual development goals are being met
  • Oversee and participate in candidate scheduling
  • Look for trends in candidate round tables to suggest improvements in interview process
  • Lead season debrief exercises, seeking feedback from consultants, to streamline and improve future recruiting seasons
  • Support data driven decision making by leveraging data from a range of internal and external sources
  • Partner with broader HR team to ensure efficient transition from candidate to staff member, proposing improvements in process as needed
