Requirements

Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, MBA, CFA are a strong plus but not required
5–7 years of experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting/finance
Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting standards and internal controls
Experience with month-end and year-end close processes and general accounting operations
Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage cross-functional teams effectively
Proficiency in finance technologies and data visualization tools
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for executive audiences
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Client-focused with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver strategic value

Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of Managed Services engagements, including assessment, transition, and ongoing delivery operations
Act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding them through outsourced controllership and finance transformation efforts
Drive process improvements across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash and record-to-report functions
Collaborate directly with senior client leadership to address complex accounting challenges and develop actionable solutions
Design and implement complex dashboards and data models to support advanced operational and financial reporting, KPI tracking, and strategic insights
Leverage tools to build scalable, automated solutions, demonstrating expert-level proficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform client strategies
Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
Participate in the firm’s recruiting efforts, client relationship building, and business development efforts
