Candidates should possess experience with configuring or supporting content management software, customer service or consulting experience, and the ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs. They should also have experience fulfilling customer needs and managing expectations, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to work remotely and independently. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required, and experience with Veeva Vault, OpenText, Documentum/EMC, Liquent, and/or Next Docs is considered a nice to have.
The Managed Services Consultant will provide post-go-live administrative support for multiple clients, including configuration of users and groups, document types, properties, lifecycles and workflows, picklists, notifications, and security. They will also handle bulk import/export of content and data, deliver ad hoc training to users and administrators, analyze and deploy new product features, maintain production and sandbox environments, create regular and ad hoc customer reports, and execute customer change requests.
