Requirements

Ability to read schematics and blueprints
Capable of servicing and operating rectifiers
Capable of operating precision hand tools and electronic equipment
Mechanical, electrical, and/or PLC skillsets
Ability to troubleshoot equipment to solve problems
Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with peers, operators, and management
Knowledge of safety risk assessments and policies, including wearing proper PPE
Trained to be a First Responder
Ability to plan and layout work, determine accurate and efficient methods, diagnose, and correct difficulties to minimize production interruptions
Ability to use computer system to update work orders
Required to use hand tools, dies, power fork trucks, scissor lifts, and equipment to perform normal maintenance tasks

Responsibilities
