Requirements

  • Ability to read schematics and blueprints
  • Capable of servicing and operating rectifiers
  • Capable of operating precision hand tools and electronic equipment
  • Mechanical, electrical, and/or PLC skillsets
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment to solve problems
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with peers, operators, and management
  • Knowledge of safety risk assessments and policies, including wearing proper PPE
  • Trained to be a First Responder
  • Ability to plan and layout work, determine accurate and efficient methods, diagnose, and correct difficulties to minimize production interruptions
  • Ability to use computer system to update work orders
  • Required to use hand tools, dies, power fork trucks, scissor lifts, and equipment to perform normal maintenance tasks
