This is a 3rd shift (night shift) role based in the Winston-Salem Assembly Plant.
A Bachelor’s Degree is required (Engineering, Business, or Operations preferred), plus 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, 1+ year as a maintenance supervisor, and 3+ years with mechanical process equipment, PLC, electrical components, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Candidates need experience reading drawings and schematics, creativity and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to manage time and meet deadlines, and strong leadership and organizational skills to motivate team members.
The role includes providing leadership to the maintenance team, building cohesion and a proactive culture, mechanic scheduling including overtime, timecard review, performance reviews, and disciplining direct reports as required.
Strong candidates will have the required degree and supervisory experience in manufacturing maintenance, hands-on expertise with equipment like PLCs and hydraulics, plus demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, communication skills, and familiarity with CMMS tools like Maximo as a plus.
