Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor II will lead and manage a maintenance staff on a day-to-day basis, assist in hiring and training, conduct weekly staff meetings, prepare work schedules, oversee the preventive maintenance program, maintain grounds and curb appeal, complete monthly building inspections, review third party inspections, solicit bids from contractors, participate in on-call activity, diagnose and repair various maintenance issues including appliances, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, ensure vacant apartments are prepared for occupancy, and complete assigned service requests and repairs consistent with company operating procedures.
