  • Minimaal MBO4 niveau in techniek (Werktuigbouw, Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek, Meet- & Regeltechniek, Klimaattechniek, HVAC-systemen) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Werkervaring in een GMP-omgeving
  • Werkervaring met HVAC- en luchtbehandelingsystemen
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands (Engels is een pre)

Responsibilities

  • Uitvoeren of laten uitvoeren van preventief, correctief onderhoud en kalibraties aan farmaceutische productieapparatuur en productiegerelateerde apparatuur
  • Onderhouden van en oplossen van storingen aan HVAC- en luchtbehandelingsystemen
  • Begeleiden van externe partijen bij onderhoud of reparatie
  • Uitvoeren van diagnose van storingen en verwerken van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden volgens procedures en documenten
  • Verwerken van technische data in het onderhouds- en kwaliteitsysteem
  • Voorstellen doen voor verbeteringen om uptime van productieapparatuur en HVAC/luchtbehandeling te garanderen
  • Mede zorgdragen voor naleving van GMP- en Veiligheidsrichtlijnen
  • Deelnemen aan verbetertrajecten (zoals LEAN, action workout, Kaizen)
  • Rapporteren aan de Maintenance Leader
