Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of industrial maintenance experience documented in work experience or verifiable formal schooling in a relevant maintenance/refrigeration trade
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willingness to learn Tyson SAP software to make work orders and fill out daily documentation
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Willingness to use math for work-related computations (e.g., machinery, fluid capacities)
  • Willingness to complete all required training
  • Willingness to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, kneel, squat, and reach
  • Willingness to work in cold, damp, hot, humid environments with slippery surfaces
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs. on a daily basis
  • Willingness to work on feet for 12 hours
