Responsibilities
- Perform reactive, preventive, and predictive maintenance to keep lab equipment at peak performance
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless operations
- Ensure all maintenance activities meet strict cGMP standards, adhering to safety and quality regulations
- Log all maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring compliance with good documentation practices
- Support equipment upgrades and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and performance
- Work closely with engineers, production teams, and quality experts to ensure smooth operations and timely product release
