Has 1+ years of prior relevant experience in baking
Has high school diploma, GED or equivalent
Responsibilities
Prepare dishes, follow recipe and yield guides
Assist in decorating cakes and pastries
Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
Ensure all requisitions are processed properly and placed in designated area
Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
Set-up and break down work station
Regularly runs for food and restock all kitchen supplies and food items required for service
Communicate, direct and assist management, chef and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and employees
