High School Diploma or Equivalent
Basic Computer Skills
Ability to perform minimal clerical duties
Ability to legibly write and properly document weigh ticket and load sheets as required
Live in a 30-mile radius from facility

Clerical experience and/or feed mill experience preferred
Knowledge of DOT trucking procedures preferred
Ability to read and write in order to receive and document orders
Able to work in hot, dry, dusty, wet and cold environments with heavy exposure to ingredient dust and inclement weather
Ability to work holidays, weekends, and flexible hours as required based on demand scheduling
Ability to work in elevated areas and follow all safety procedures
Able to sign and abide by the Company Biosecurity Guidelines including an agreement to avoid any avian species
Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and/or up to 100 lbs. with assistance
Stand, sit, walk, climb ladder/stairs with the ability to sustain physical activity throughout the day

Responsibilities

Receiving orders and recording material
Scheduling feed delivery
Dispatching trucks while distributing loads evenly among driver/team members within DOT rules and regulations
Creating and organizing feed tickets and maintaining them for record keeping
Answering calls from Service Techs and Growers while maintaining a good working relationship with them
Organizing/flex tasking and changing priorities throughout the day
Maintaining good housekeeping including service areas
Communicating to all levels of Operations including Customers and Vendors both orally and in writing where required
Following and operating within all Tyson Health and Safety protocols
Following all Tyson policies and procedures to include Animal Welfare and Bio-Security guidelines
Maintaining a safe work environment
Complete all other tasks assigned by management
