This is an onsite position at EVRAZ’s Pueblo, Colorado location.
A Machinist Apprenticeship, AAS degree in Machining Technology or equivalent is required, along with 1–3 years of experience in fabrication and welding in heavy industry, manufacturing, or mining.
Key skills include proficiency in all categories of Machining Technology with critical alignments and sophisticated measuring tools, reading prints and drawings, manipulating numbers/shapes/spaces for precise measurements, and repairing machinery.
OSHA 10 certification is required, along with equipment certifications as required and a valid Colorado Driver's License.
Qualified candidates must demonstrate physical ability to climb, walk, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and exert forces up to 50 pounds and frequently up to 100 pounds.
