Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-1 year prior relevant work experience
  • Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills

Responsibilities

  • Letdown and stock cases of merchandise for full case modules
  • Put away receipts to reserve locations
  • Pull empty pallets from bulk reserve locations when assigned
  • Perform timely and accurate picking of the “Case” pick portion of a store’s order
  • Perform other aspects of the Full Case department such as consolidation or pallet sorting when assigned
  • Maintain equipment/warehouse operations under general supervision and communicate deviations from expected outcomes to internal teams
  • Collect feedback from employees to ensure technical support is responsive to business needs
  • Document warehouse maintenance activities to ensure replenishment of inventories
  • Organize warehouse facilities and utilize power equipment to move and stack pallets and freight
  • Communicate with equipment operators, contractors, and inspectors on obstacles or challenges
  • Monitor operator associates, delegate tasks, and revise schedules based on daily/weekly plans
  • Perform preventative maintenance on hydraulic components and vehicle or stationary equipment
  • Determine scope of maintenance work required for heavy equipment, trucks, and trailers
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Dept. Supervisor, Lead, or Shift Manager
  • Accept reassignment to other departments as needed
