Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree or equivalent experience in Machine Learning, with over 5 years of industry experience in ML and Data Engineering. A proven track record of designing, implementing, and delivering high-quality AI and ML software solutions is required, along with strong knowledge of Python and Python-based ML/Data Science frameworks. Fluency in at least one ML framework such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn, strong programming skills in Python and Java, and knowledge of ML Ops are essential. Experience working with both research and product teams, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong curiosity for staying current with technological advancements are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Machine Learning Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and build key project interfaces. They will implement complex ML solutions using NLP, Generative AI, RAG, and Transformer architectures to optimize Adobe's products and services. Responsibilities include developing, evaluating, and deploying scalable ML models into production, monitoring their performance, and making necessary adjustments. The role involves consistently following industry-standard software engineering methodologies, driving innovation through research and experimentation, and applying data analysis and mining using frameworks like Hadoop and Spark. Building reliable and scalable data processing pipelines and presenting key findings and insights to leadership are also key duties.
