Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Statistics, along with 3+ years of applied AI/ML experience, including developing, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models into production, or a PhD degree in a related field. They must demonstrate a deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning concepts, and a proven track record of solving problems using these methods. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, Java, or SQL is required, along with experience working with ML frameworks like scikit-learn, SparkML, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
The Machine Learning Engineer will develop innovative models in collaboration with Adobe Research, design and develop applications powered by predictive and generative models, implement ML-Ops best practices for scalable and efficient workflows, and engage in the entire product lifecycle from architecture to production operations. They will also understand data to make recommendations for appropriate models, quality metrics, and governance approaches, and effectively communicate and build relationships within research and product teams.
