  • Dispatch drivers by identifying needs to meet inbound/outbound load delivery schedules and following procedures/regulations

  • Implement business plan for area by communicating goals, managing staffing/scheduling, assigning duties, coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety)
