Degree from university of repute
Good command over spoken & written English
4–5 years of experience in similar job profile
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Oracle
Analytical skills including the ability to collect and analyze data

Responsibilities

Raising PO and PRFs as per country-specific requirements and following through the approval process
Checking L&D related invoices and automating the process
Developing a mechanism for 100% bill checking with accuracy and ensuring all soft copies are stored
Coordinating with various vendors to ensure invoices are submitted in a timely manner
Verifying that bills are raised as per contract and correct tax is levied
Demonstrating flexibility to meet business requirements and deadlines
Identifying areas for improvement & automation
Efficiently managing tasks, prioritizing them, and maintaining professionalism in all communications
Actively participating in team activities, meetings, and operations
