Requirements

  • Degree from university of repute
  • Good command over spoken & written English
  • 4–5 years of experience in similar job profile
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Oracle
  • Analytical skills including the ability to collect and analyze data

Responsibilities

  • Raising PO and PRFs as per country-specific requirements and following through the approval process
  • Checking L&D related invoices and automating the process
  • Developing a mechanism for 100% bill checking with accuracy and ensuring all soft copies are stored
  • Coordinating with various vendors to ensure invoices are submitted in a timely manner
  • Verifying that bills are raised as per contract and correct tax is levied
  • Demonstrating flexibility to meet business requirements and deadlines
  • Identifying areas for improvement & automation
  • Efficiently managing tasks, prioritizing them, and maintaining professionalism in all communications
  • Actively participating in team activities, meetings, and operations
