Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree + 0 years of work experience or high school diploma + 6 years of work experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
  • Excel, Power BI, SAP - highly preferred
  • JDE experience - preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience) - preferred
  • Logistics or transportation experience - preferred
  • Final mile delivery operations experience - preferred
  • Proven ability to resolve complex logistics issues using independent judgment and data-driven insights
  • Experience in process design, continuous improvement, or SOP development
  • Process improvement orientation

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage daily final mile delivery activities, ensuring on-time, complete, and damage-free deliveries
  • Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and 3PL partners to resolve escalations, service failures, or exceptions in real time
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex or sensitive delivery issues, applying sound judgment to drive resolution
  • Identify delivery performance gaps and recommend corrective actions
  • Support the design, documentation, and rollout of best practices for final mile operations
  • Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, first-time success rate, and customer satisfaction; analyze trends and propose process improvements
  • Exercise independent judgment in handling operational challenges, customer escalations, and delivery exceptions
  • Prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment while ensuring alignment with customer and business priorities
  • Proactively flag risks, propose solutions, and contribute to contingency planning
  • Partner with Logistics Managers, Supply Chain, Customer Success, and Technology teams to align on service expectations
  • Provide feedback on system enhancements, routing tools, and process automation opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, ensuring delivery operations support broader business goals
