Responsibilities
- Optimizing shipment content to maximize Full Container Load (FCL) utilization
- Requesting ocean bookings from designated freight forwarder via email and/or software
- Managing process exceptions as defined by established Control Tower tools
- Execute Ocean Logistics activity
- Manage Control Tower process exceptions and track and trace
- Continuously improve content of work through better process and/or automation
- Build reputation of International Logistics as the trusted central partner for international replenishment
- Develop global leadership acumen with exposure to multiple geographies
- Build professional network
