Requirements

Efficiently respond to maintenance calls via HotSOS, radio, in person, or phone
Complete basic maintenance tasks to the highest degree of quality
Use established protocols for approaching, announcing, and entering condos (vacant or occupied)
Use established protocols when working inside condos (occupied or not)
Leave work locations in pristine condition after completion
Display professionalism, proficiency, and guest-centric demeanor with guests, homeowners, and peers
Escalate issues unable to address to Foreman or Manager promptly
Report completion or delays via HotSOS or other tools immediately
Immediately report safety concerns, injuries, or guest service challenges

Responsibilities

Work as an integral part of the Winter Park Resort Lodging Division team
Respond expeditiously to guest/owner calls for maintenance assistance
Complete daily/weekly/monthly/annual routine and preventative maintenance tasks
Take on specialized project work as assigned
Base at a “home” property but perform tasks/projects across all properties based on business needs
Interact regularly with guests, homeowners, internal partners, and stakeholders as a “Front of House” role
Assure safe, efficient, fiscally-responsible, and high-quality operation of the physical plant 24/7/365
