Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets: Ensure completion of set sales targets for mid-sized chain customers under company policies and requirements, improving performance through effective customer management and service
  • Maintain customer relationships: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with mid-sized chain customers, providing targeted support and solutions to enhance loyalty
  • Develop sales strategies: Formulate specific sales strategies for mid-sized chain customers based on market and customer needs, defining sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Manage channel budgets: Under the guidance of the direct manager, plan, use, and manage channel investment budgets within authorized limits, track and ensure balance of receivables and payables within the period
  • Implement brand activities: Organize and promote brand promotion activities for mid-sized chain customers, coordinate internal resources for smooth execution, and increase brand awareness
  • Collect market feedback: Regularly gather and analyze customer feedback, identify market changes and customer needs, and adjust sales strategies timely
  • Cross-departmental collaboration: Closely collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and other departments to integrate resources, implement sales strategies, and ensure company policy execution
  • Prepare reports: Prepare and submit sales reports, regularly report project progress and market dynamics to the regional sales manager to support decision-making
