Requirements

Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry (highly preferred)
1-2 years experience in operational support roles; housekeeping and maintenance highly preferred
Prior experience in supervisory or management level positions in a similar industry (highly preferred)
Technical computer skills on all forms of hardware (laptops, tablets, mobile devices)
Reliable personal transportation (frequent travel between worksites)
Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team
Strong communication skills
Handy-person skills (e.g., light home maintenance like changing light bulbs, fixing door hinges, unclogging toilets)

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team through coaching, mentoring, performance management, one-on-one meetings, and annual evaluations
Oversee daily operations and workflow for assigned portfolio of properties to optimize productivity and meet objectives; identify improvements and implement process enhancements
Provide cross-coverage for team and management when necessary
Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals
Support team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns via emails, calls, and tickets
Develop and grow relationships with property owners through proactive communication and becoming the subject matter expert on properties (ensuring they are clean, maintained, and well-cared for)
Meet and maintain company standards and metrics (e.g., NPS, standard unit appearance, efficiency)
Support portfolio budget by adhering to annual costs and performing cost-benefit analysis
Partner with Onboarding team for new units joining the portfolio
Perform light home maintenance (e.g., light bulbs, door hinges, unclog toilets)
Foster collaborative work environment promoting communication, innovation, engagement; address team conflicts constructively
Assist recruiting process with interviewing, selection, and onboarding new team members while ensuring compliance
Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with regional team members and upper management
Other duties as assigned
