Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in training and development, demonstrating a strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. They should be proficient in utilizing industry-standard tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vyond to develop engaging and effective learning materials.
The Global LMS Instructional Designer will serve as a Training Development business partner for diverse functional areas within Commercial Operations, conducting needs assessments and aligning training development strategies with functional area goals. They will design and develop course storyboards in collaboration with subject matter experts, collect and analyze content, transform complex concepts into relatable learning experiences, and develop instructional materials including text, graphics, animations, and interactive activities. Additionally, they will capture software screens, develop course evaluation vehicles, complete course uploading and testing, manage multiple projects, and potentially support in-person or virtual classroom training programs, all while focusing on user experience and incorporating branding and marketing considerations.
