The Live Operations Specialist will monitor daily operations to ensure flawless execution of marketplace shifts and troubleshoot in real-time. They will coordinate with the Territory Operations Manager to align daily operations with customer needs, ensuring a positive and trusted experience for workers. Responsibilities include resolving worker support issues promptly, managing workers to meet client demands, ensuring accurate worker payment through correct clock-in/out times, and identifying process, tooling, and product improvement opportunities. The role also involves supporting vetting initiatives, helping build standard operating procedures, mastering internal systems, and assisting workers with app usage and complex issues.
