They should possess a proven ability to manage multiple critical tasks under pressure, deliver against deadlines, and demonstrate an ownership mentality with a strong work ethic. Essential skills include customer management, problem-solving, empathy, excellent communication (verbal and written), attention to detail, swift execution, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The Live Operations Specialist will monitor daily operations to ensure flawless execution of marketplace shifts and troubleshoot in real-time. They will coordinate with the Territory Operations Manager to align daily operations with customer needs, ensuring a positive and trusted experience for workers. Responsibilities include resolving worker support issues promptly, managing workers to meet client demands, ensuring accurate worker payment through correct clock-in/out times, and identifying process, tooling, and product improvement opportunities. The role also involves supporting vetting initiatives, helping build standard operating procedures, mastering internal systems, and assisting workers with app usage and complex issues.
