Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree or higher in a literature-related concentration, along with experience teaching courses in a college or university setting and experience creating, updating, or revising courses at a college or university level. Strong time management skills and receptiveness to feedback are also required.

Responsibilities

The Literature Course Development Specialist will review existing college-level course learning outcomes, update overall course objectives and define relevant competencies, create or revise skill-oriented course sections, implement clear and measurable learning outcomes aligned to course sections, and create or revise response assignment prompts and rubrics. They will also evaluate existing multiple-choice questions or write new ones.
