Requirements

Responsibilities

Provide high level of customer service to members
Process member purchases including liquor, lottery, and tobacco sales in a timely and efficient manner
Scan merchandise through point-of-sale system for accurate inventory counts and purchase totals
Collect payments via cash, check, or other charge methods and issue receipts/change
Run lottery machine and sell/process scratch-off tickets
Answer incoming phone calls and product inquiries from members
Merchandise and stock product displays and locations
Maintain overall cleanliness of the liquor store
Follow asset protection guidelines and state age requirements
Carry out job functions as assigned and support club policies/procedures/compliance
Act with honesty/integrity, lead with member in mind, escalate concerns, ensure safe/positive environment, embrace inclusion/diversity, work collaboratively as a team
Deliver service excellence, resolve/deescalate member concerns, commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Achieve GOLD club standards daily: fast/friendly/full/fresh/clean, grand opening look, stock items/promos, accurate signage, clean/organized inside/out
