Answer incoming phone calls and product inquiries from members
Scan merchandise through point-of-sale system for accurate inventory counts and purchase totals
Collect payments via cash, check, or other charge methods; issue receipts and change
Run lottery machine and sell scratch-off tickets; process lottery sales
Merchandise and stock product displays and locations
Maintain overall cleanliness of the liquor store
Carry out job functions as assigned and support club policies/procedures/compliance
Address/escalate member concerns; resolve and deescalate issues
Ensure safe and positive environment for members and team
Work collaboratively as a team to achieve goals and deliver GOLD club standards daily (all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean/organized inside/out)
