Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Linux System Administrator with experience as a DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the modernization of our infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and manage our on-prem Linux infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure: Design, configure, and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • Automation: Maintain and improve continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate build, tests, and deployment of applications.
  • Monitoring: Maintain and improve infrastructure monitoring, tuning, and log analysis.
  • Patching: Ensure system security and compliance through patching and audits.
  • Problem-solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Security: Collaborate with the development team and security software developers to integrate security into our pipelines.
  • On-call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure high availability and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments.
  • Disaster Recovery: Prepare for worst-case scenarios.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of RHEL (CentOS, Alma 9).
  • 3+ years of DevOps/SRE related experience in CI/CD tooling, scripting, and automation (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies (CI/CD, IaC, Agile development).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with modern monitoring tools (Datadog, ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with F5 BIG-IP.
  • Previous experience implementing CI/CD, monitoring, and relevant tools supporting high-traffic applications.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
