Responsibilities

Prep food items while managing incoming orders
Interact with guests, showcasing passion for foodservice and dedication to hospitality
Adjust food items to accommodate guest allergies or dietary concerns
Act as a liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature
Operate kitchen appliances (blender, oven, flat top grill, stand mixer, etc.)
Prepare sauces and accompaniments before meal service
Maintain a clean and organized station, even during busy periods
Estimate food consumption and organize preparation, filling out prep lists daily
Perform added responsibilities as needed
