Responsibilities

Prep food while managing incoming orders
Interact with guests, showcasing passion for foodservice and dedication to hospitality
Adjust food items to accommodate guest allergies or dietary concerns
Act as a liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature
Operate various kitchen appliances (blender, oven, flat top grill, stand mixer, etc.)
Prepare sauces and accompaniments before meal service
Maintain a clean and organized station
Estimate food consumption and organize preparation
Fill out daily prep lists
Perform added responsibilities as needed
