A strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, especially those related to time tracking, attendance, and leave management, is essential. Proven experience in implementing end-to-end time off and attendance policies based on country regulations is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in another language is a plus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment is necessary.
The Time & Attendance Specialist will contribute to developing and maintaining up-to-date, efficient, and compliant Time & Attendance standard operating procedures and policies. They will provide subject matter expertise for internal and external queries related to Time & Attendance, collaborating with clients and employees to address inquiries and provide guidance. The role involves gathering feedback to enhance the employee journey, meticulously managing employee data for accuracy, security, and confidentiality, and supporting reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives. Additionally, the specialist will champion Remote's values and contribute to the Lifecycle team's goals.
