Requirements

  • Full, active, and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state (including Territory, Commonwealth of the United States, or District of Columbia) for which applying
  • State-approved or accredited licensed LPN or LVN
  • Experience with documentation of care, medication administration, infection control precautions, assessing patient educational needs, physical assessment, obtaining vital signs, performing point of care testing, and care coordination

Responsibilities

  • Perform patient registration and intake
  • Assist with wait room management and other tasks to enhance the patient experience
  • Perform clinical responsibilities including phlebotomy and specimen collection services, vaccine injection, patient assessment activities during intake (such as vital signs), and diagnostic tests (such as EKG, Retinopathy screening, and point of care testing including COVID testing)
  • Provide excellent patient-focused activities and connections to support patients on their path to better health
  • Participate in clinic operations support, including daily equipment ordering and preparing the clinic for the best patient experience
  • Work at assigned home clinic and float to cover other clinics as needed
