Responsibilities
Dispense spectacles and other optical products to adults and children based on prescriptions from optometrists and ophthalmologists
Advise and assist patients with various types of lenses and spectacle frames, including style, weight, and color
Verify order data entry, compare Rx to original Rx, and ensure all information is accurately entered in the system
Complete proper order filing procedures, including filing under the correct ABC system
Deliver sales through excellent member service in person and over the phone, explaining exam fee procedures openly and honestly
Take measurements, assure correct frame selection for Rx power, read prescriptions on the lensometer
Provide timely notification of product readiness, advance orders in the system (received, notified, dispensed), and handle money transactions
Educate patients on benefits of available products to deliver sales and metric goals
Support club policies, procedures, compliance; maintain safe, positive, inclusive environment; strive for GOLD club standards (clean, stocked, planograms, signage)
Access and understand production/financial performance reporting; act with honesty, integrity, and member focus
